Cooling-Off Period & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order — no explanation required. However, used or opened cosmetics are excluded from this right.
This cooling-off period begins the day after you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the products.
⚠️ Note: This right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and online purchases via our webshop: www.iamklean.com
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your return must meet the following conditions:
- The products are undamaged, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- The product has not been opened (for hygienic reasons)
- The product was purchased online at i.am.klean or at one of the official i.am.klean sales points
- Sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless they are defective
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Products
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and the product for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
If your product was delivered damaged or incorrectly, you may return it within 7 days of receipt, regardless of the packaging.
We understand that a defect or damage might only become apparent upon first use.
In that case, please notify our customer service immediately upon discovery.
We’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution.
How to Return a Product
- Fill out our complaint form, or
- Email support@rigorgeous.com with your order number and reason for return
- You will receive return instructions and the return address
- Carefully package your items and send them back within 7 days of your return notification
⚠️ Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a wrong or damaged product).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned items, you’ll receive a refund via the same payment method used for purchase — within 14 days.
Please note: refunds are only provided for products purchased via our official webshop or authorized i.am.klean retailers.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that are custom-made or personalized
- Opened products
- Promotional items or items with a discount greater than 30%
Legal Basis
This return policy is drawn up in accordance with Belgian legislation, specifically Book VI of the Code of Economic Law, Articles VI.45 to VI.53.
